CONDITIONS
The customer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract without giving any reasons and without any penalty, within 10 days from when the product was delivered. To exercise the
right of withdrawal, the customer must send, through the contact form – present below – an explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw, indicating your order number. Following the exercise
of the right of withdrawal, the customer will receive a confirmation email from the seller, containing the instructions for returning the product, to be sent no later than the following 14 days to: 100ml.it Via Papa Giovanni XXIII

costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.These refunds will be made
using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer requests the reimbursement on a different means of payment, in this case any additional costs deriving from the different means of payment will be borne by the consumer.The reimbursement may be
suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the goods, if earlier. The products must be intact to
obtain approval for the return and must be shipped carefully through the use, if necessary, of correct and adequate packaging to prevent them from being damaged or destroyed. The Customer will not
be able to à exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons and have been opened after delivery.
